Chelsea provides personalised, hands-on care to help people move better, recover from injury, and build long-term confidence in their bodies. She particularly enjoys working with people navigating hypermobility, persistent or recurring injuries, and adults over 50 who want to stay strong, active, and independent.
Her approach is practical and movement-focused, combining rehabilitation with strength training to help clients not only recover, but also build resilience and prevent future injury. Care is tailored to each individual, whether the goal is returning to exercise, improving everyday function, or simply feeling more capable in daily life.
Chelsea is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, Head Physiotherapist at East Fremantle Football Club (WAFLW), and holds a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy). She also works as a medical para-athletics classifier and contributes to the APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy Committee, reflecting her involvement in both clinical practice and elite sport.
For athletes and active individuals, Chelsea has experience in sports injury management and return-to-performance planning. She enjoys working with runners, field sport athletes, and gym-based individuals to optimise recovery, rebuild strength, and safely return to high-level performance. Tracy Cooke
Podiatrist, B.A.Sc (Podiatry)
Founder and Director of From The Feet Up

Hi, I’m Tracy Cooke — an injury and rehabilitation podiatrist with 30+ years of clinical and teaching experience. I am also the founder and educator at The Stabilisation Academy. I help patients overcome stubborn foot and lower-limb issues by looking beyond symptoms to uncover the real drivers of pain and inefficient movement.
My approach changed when I realised that even patients doing everything “right”, yet their progress stalled. I kept asking the same question: Why aren’t they getting better?
That frustration pushed me to rethink everything. I realised the foot wasn’t the whole story — movement was. Behind movement is the nervous system coordinating balance, load, stability and control. So I went searching across disciplines, across countries, and beyond traditional podiatry… and that’s where the real answers started to emerge.
