Tracy Cooke

Podiatrist, B.A.Sc (Podiatry)

Founder and Director of From The Feet Up

Hi, I’m Tracy Cooke — an injury and rehabilitation podiatrist with 30+ years of clinical and teaching experience. I am also the founder and educator at The Stabilisation Academy. I help patients overcome stubborn foot and lower-limb issues by looking beyond symptoms to uncover the real drivers of pain and inefficient movement.

My approach changed when I realised that even patients doing everything “right”, yet their progress stalled. I kept asking the same question: Why aren’t they getting better?

That frustration pushed me to rethink everything. I realised the foot wasn’t the whole story — movement was. Behind movement is the nervous system coordinating balance, load, stability and control. So I went searching across disciplines, across countries, and beyond traditional podiatry… and that’s where the real answers started to emerge.
